After many optical changes in my life cycle, I've always been anxious to visit an optometrist. Like many previous contributors with their ratings, I was quite concerned. But Norwich Optometry is exactly the way many clients described. Comfortable and super polite staff and great transparency and thorough exams. The extra concern they have is rarely seen anymore. Had a great experience at Norwich Optometry. All staff was highly professional, friendly & helpful. Dr. Capstick is very good at what she does. The entire visit was performed skillfully and in good timing. Highly recommend!
I went here for the first time and all the staff were so nice. They let me try multiple brands, and they tried their best to give me the perfect ones for my dry eyes. Will definitely be going back next time:)
