The girl on the phone is very rude has an attitude and very unprofessional!!! Can't even explain anything to her because she will go over what your saying and say their is nothing I can do because all they want u to do is keep going in for a visit even when you just was there and talked about your problem to get any test or meds or even a referral faxed over you have to go in...this place is very inconvenient and unprofessional and they need to lose the attitude they have ..don't waste your time going here believe me..you won't get anything done!!!
