JS&R did our roof and skylights, job was a 2 layer strip down. reasonable price, good products and great workmanship & all done in a day with a great clean up on a 88° day. WOW ! Great job! I highly recommend them!

Some of the ways JS&R LLC could improve would be for them to actually come out and fix what they installed improperly. The only reason he won at court is because I did not have the failed inspection report. He has also ignored the city (where I live) permit department request to come out and fix what is on the failed inspection report. So I paid $4,500 for a leaking roof (over my livingroom) to be replaced with a leaking roof- no, not ok! The owner (Jarod Renfree) yelled and swore at me on the phone (while I was at work) and my coworker witnessed the whole thing. Jarod Renfree, swore at me, blamed another contractor (who had come prior to my Roof being installed) for the roof leaking, and when I was told to file a complaint with the court, I did. I sent him the paperwork and he filed a continuance, which was granted, and then he went and purchased the permit to do the work for the roof nearly three plus years later and before court second date. The owner does not take responsibility for his actions and it has hurt me. How is this OK? all I have ever wanted was this guy to come out and make it right that's all I still want, but I do not believe him to be an honorable man or we would not be in this situation right now ... in my opinion. 7/2023--update: ran into contractor (Jarod Renfree owner of JS&R LLC roofing) who stated he would have my roof fixed in 2 days. I thanked him so much for wanting to fix what his company broke...he then asked for my name, I told him, and his response was and I quote...oh, you're the one who tried to sue me, I'm not getting up on your roof, have a nice day unquote. Not the type of person you want doing any work on your home! PLEASE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE "when it comes to doing a job right", he is not the person to do it in my opinion
