“I had a great experience with Beaver Electric. I got the referral from one of my favorite local businesses in CT. I had a long list of repairs/replacements and the guys showed up right on time and worked straight through the day. When I left the house to run errands at 10am they already had at least 5 tasks completed from the checklist. One of the punch list items was to replace a bathroom fan, I had no idea that the entire time I've had this house that the fan wasn't connected to an exhaust/vent system. All the moisture was literally just blowing into the attic insulation. In addition to the long list they showed up for, they now had to crawl to the attic and build out an exhaust to vent properly to the outside. They were also incredibly sweet and kind to my dogs, which I genuinely appreciated on top of everything else.Services: Light fixture installation“

“East Coast Electrical knocked it out of the park with installing my two NEMA 14-50 outlets, one outdoors and one indoors.I reached out to many electricians a week ago, but did not follow up with any of them as I got caught up in moving into our new home. I reached out to east coast electrical a 11pm once I realized I needed to get back on this project and they were here by 9:30am the next day and got the installation done quickly, in the rain, and for a price that I still can’t believe. I’ve done this installation a few times elsewhere at other properties and I’ve never seen a more fair invoice. “From the moment we called Joe was professional and his pricing was fair and reasonable. We set up a day to move and upgrade our panel box which was totally out of code! They worked all day and got the job completed and we also need some lighting replaced, also ceiling fans added…. Which let us to change out our outlets & switches. “Paul absolutely saved my day today. I had made an appointment with a different electrician, which fell thru. I needed an electrician so a tenant could move into an apartment we own, so there was a timing pressure and I was so stressed. It was a Hail Mary, but I made a flurry of calls, and Paul answered. Not only did he answer, but he gave me a realistic window when he'd be able to show up, kept in touch with me and was even able to show up earlier than projected, which was just so great. On this day we only needed to get the system safe to turn on for our new tenant, but the fact is, we know we need quite an overhaul, it's an very old house, and he was able and willing to not only get us up to safety, but had a good and realistic discussion about our future electrical needs. I'm sticking with this guy. Homeownership can be scary. Needing work done in an area that you have no real knowledge of can be scary. Paul took the scary parts away PLUS his rates are extremely reasonable (less,in fact, than our original appointment today). I can't recommend highly enough, and feel such a weight off my mind, knowing he can handle my daunting, ancient electrical system, which, honestly I've had on my list to tackle for a while.“
