Dr. Yan and her assistance were very friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was organized in a highly efficient way. Dr. Yan patiently answered all my parents' questions throughout, and quickly helped them send out orders for necessary follow-up examinations. My parents felt comfortable discussing their health concerns with Dr. Yan. She is definitely a highly experienced and trusty doctor. The mandarin spoken environment really helps too.
