I was 4 when they first did our basement, 30 years ago. My mom is now 77 and started getting water in her basement. They came out the same day and replaced the sub pump. There was still something that wasn’t right so they came back and just took care of it. 30 years later and they stand behind their work.

I had a primed and painted, cement basement floor that bubbled all over after we got water in the basement after a recent major rainstorm. I hired Benjamin Basements to scrap the floor and clean it. They did an amazing job! They were prompt and arrived when expected. They were courteous and professional. They worked very hard and efficiently. When the job took longer than expected, they held to their quoted price. Customer service was their number one priority. I would highly recommend them for any basement job. I wish the entire service industry placed as much value in customer service as Benjamin Basements. Thank you!
