Professional and pleasant staff, and at least the exterminator I met was flawless. Answered my questions and concerns, explained what he was using and how it would work, and reviewed his work with me when he was done. Couldn't ask for more. Their sales team does push a ~$50 monthly protection plan on you, but if you have pests wandering in you want to be able to call them back, so I think its worth it. Plus canceling doesn't look too complex, if you ARE willing to risk it being a one and done situation. First visit and first exterminator company I've worked with, so keep that in mind, but they seem as legit as they come.
The receptionist on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician came to take care of my problem on schedule. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He sprayed the inside and outside of my house to take care of my insect problem. He called me before he arrived, as I was told that he would. I highly recommend western Pest control to anyone who needs that kind of help.
Western provided great service! In addition to being a contract customer, we had a very large wasp nests in the highest part of our roof. We had an outdoor gathering scheduled in 48 hours, and Western went out of their way to get two technicians to our house to spray the nest. It was a huge relief as my daughter is allergic.
Western is always timely, thorough and professional!
