I came in to get my prescription fixed but a technician named Kat recalibrated my frames...and viola! They were perfect. The entire staff at this location were extremely sweet and helpful. I will definitely go back to get new frames in the future ? a great experience.
Warby Parker in the sono mall has been my go to eye doctor for both contacts and eyeglasses. Their team is so caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable and has helped me more times than I can count. Received an Eye exam, and help purchasing new glasses. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a one stop shop for glasses/contacts. Staff is friendly, and professional..the in-store experience was great, highly recommend.
