I don’t go into many beauty stores because I think they are crowded and carry too much product and this was no different but the staff was knowledgeable and helpful and I was able get my pickup order with ease

I have tried so many different places for eyebrows and never loved any of them until I started seeing Jess here! She is so meticulous and I always love how my eyebrows look after a visit with her. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they’re never too thin or too dark. The eyebrow mapping she does makes such a difference and it’s so appreciated that she shows me the progress after each step to make sure im happy. Thank you Jess!

The best Ulta, the staff here is always kind, friendly, and very helpful. One time asked if they had a hair dye color in stock because it said it was available online, but wasn’t on the shelf. The gentleman went out of his way to look in the back for me and found it, awesome service
