Russ was miserable to deal with. His responsiveness to get our business and get us to sign a maintenence contract was great, but it was nothing but downhill from there. Wouldn't return calls. Couldn't tell us when someone was coming. Would send short, non-detailed text messages. Once we had someone come out, the work was thorough and well done, but they had to come back and order parts. It took multiple days to even get an estimate on the cost of parts. Then they didn't schedule coming back but just called one day saying they were coming in an hour.
