I really think this is a lie!!!
I have done business with this company for awhile and I have had NO ISSUE getting my money back. It is a little upsetting when you don't have the correct paperwork but it's for your own GOOD. It is a bond company and we do have a lot of issue with stolen identity's now days. Plus there dealing with all type of criminals. Once they explained why they do it this way it made complete since to me and I thank them.
