Sergei and his team were terrific! He helped us come up with a design for a renovation of our master suite and his team arrived on time each day, worked straight through until the early evening and their craftsman ship was exceptional. Plus the job site was cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Sergei is a great communicator; he always advised us in the beginning of the week what work was going to be done, when inspections were going to occur, etc. He was always on the job. We highly recommend Sergei and Sunny House. In all respects you get what you paid for!
We added a master suite to our house with the help of SunnyHouse for this project. From the beginning of this project till the end, Sergei has been on top of every single step and has never missed a milestone. We ended up completing the project earlier than originally planned. Also, Sergei and his crew sticked with budget and we didn’t have any issue with “unexpected cost” like we had with our previous contractor. In terms of quality, we are very satisfied with the solid work and all the details. Highly recommended to whoever looking for getting a house project done, hassle free!
The SunnyHouse Team did an absolute fantastic job totally renovating my kitchen/pantry and master bathroom. Sergie and team were the most professional design/build firm I have worked with (I had previously done 2 major renovations at previous homes). Work is impeccable and the guys very professional and pleasant. If I embark on another project, I will definitely call on them again!
