Whether it's been something simple or far more complex, they have been wonderful. I'm grateful for Dr. Chase and Dr. Neal and the compassion they showed us with our older dog toward the end of his life and for the many times Dr. Neal sat with us or took our calls when we were frantic. They are kind and compassionate and we are glad to have such a wonderful vet close by.

Our pets are long time patients of both Strawberry Hill and A Cat's Place. We could not do it without the fine staff at both locations, and of course the leadership of Dr. Santisi. We love Dr. Doherty at A Cat's Place - there's really none better when it comes to cats - and we have the utmost respect for Dr. Santisi for always going the extra mile for our dog, Marley, and making time to see him even when he (Dr. Santisi) really doesn't have the time. They work with us to make sure we can treat our animals with the dignity and respect they deserve, and they honor that these animals are our family. We've been taking our animals here for almost 20 years. They've been with us through the good times and the hard times and have been amazing. I adore Dr. Neal, Stacy, Tori, Jessica and all of the staff - I wouldn't entrust my dog's care with anyone else but SHAH!
