Wednesday,I had no hot water and called the office.Linda told me that they a guy at my complex and he would come over when done.He did,checked out my water heater and told me I need a new one.They were able to install one the next morning,thank goodness.I've always had a good experience with Silk Plumbing..they are responsive and competent.
This is a top notch company! Very responsive, very professional, quick to schedule. (But don't ask for Pete...he's the best and I don't want to share him with the rest of you!)
Silk Plumbing and Heating is an Honest, trustworthy company to work with! I priced the cost of a water heater replacement with 5-6 local Norwalk/Fairfield County plumbers, all of them quoted a price of 2600+. I called Silk last, (because of alphabetical reasons only) sent pictures of the space and unit, and it was replaced at the price quoted even though they had to replace a value that would add on 200-300 dollars to the bill. The owner honored the original price of more than $1,000 less than the other local plumbers. One plumber had a quote of almost $5000! I recommend Silk for your plumbing needs.
