Well, today I saw firsthand that a business that goes the extra mile without a customer even asking is one that will always win. Signature Pools opened our pool yesterday. There were these calcium crystals stuck to the walls after the winter. Some kind of chemical reaction. Well, this morning, Will showed up with scuba gear. Yes. Scuba gear. One of the best companies to date. Communication was difficult at first but then after they were able to solve my issue with my pool. Even on top of fixing my heaters they cleaned my pool which in the past most people I have worked with wouldn't do without expecting extra pay. Only issue was contacting, but as soon as they responded they sent someone as soon as possible and I could see the workers passion to get their job done.Service: Swimming pool water analysis
I've used Signature Pools for 6 years. The are extremely reliable and very responsive. With a limited pool season, when something goes wrong (broken heater, leak, etc.) you don't want to be waiting a week or two for someone to show up. Signature has always been out within a day when I have called with a problem. The only complaint I would have is that they don't communicate very well, either with the customer or even within the company. They just opened our pool which took 3 days (outstanding!) from taking the cover off, cleaning, vacuuming, getting the heater working and a tile repair. Unfortunately, none of the guys seemed to know what the other guys were doing, so one guy would add water and then the next guy would drain it and then one guy would put the pumps on an override setting and then the next guy would not know how to take it off.
