Residence Inn by Marriott Norwalk is a hotel located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. The hotel's rooms are spacious, with some guests noting they are very clean and well-equipped, including large bathrooms with walk-in showers. Some visitors enjoyed the amenities such as sound machines next to the beds, making for a comfortable stay. The property is close to train tracks, which can cause noise and vibration, although many guests mention they could barely hear it. The hotel offers friendly service, with staff going above and beyond, such as providing extra bar chairs and accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests. Some guests enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a view, and the overall experience has been very positive, making it a comfortable place to stay despite minor issues like parking during busy times and occasional disturbances from train noise.
This is a great hotel. I had a not so great experience with a hotel prior to packing up and coming to this one. It was like night and day! Big shout out to Kenny (receptionist)! He is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help make such a difference! and the to the hotel, I will be back!
First room had noise refrigerator and had to bear for two nights.
Switched the room to know the closet light not working.
So quality check is missing big time.
It is a pain.
Recently stayed here for a night and thought it was great. The lobby and bar area were very nice and the staff were all very pleasant. The room was also very nice and meticulously cleaned. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants so the location was perfect for us. It’s a nice, clean and affordable place for a short or long term stay in Norwalk with parking on site.
