Because I’m a loyal customer to Qnails II that’s the only thing that prevented me from giving this location 1 star. I usually get my acrylic nail set from Qnails II and they were not opened today. I called this location and they only do UV Gel and Powder sets, okay no problem. So I go to get my nails and toes done, and everything is fine until I go to pay…. I wrote out a tip for $10 for the woman May and it was a little less than 15%, so she says, “no it has to be 15%.” I find that to be quite rude and as a business, you shouldn’t demand a tip percentage, that’s the customers choice.
first off i want to say i don’t leave bad reviews because i respect people’s businesses . but this one time i had too. i went in around 6:05 closing time is 7:30 so it was nobody inside i asked for a regular (white) manicure. she does a great job with cleaning up the nails but when it came to painting the nails she did horrible the sides of my nails wasn’t properly cleaned and the nail polish wasnt fully coated on my nails. i was very frustrated with myself for not telling her exactly how i felt, sorry but there not seeing me again $12 isn’t bad at all tho.
It was my first time here and it felt very rushed. I came at the end of the day intending to only get a pedicure. They offered the manicure and I said I didn't think there was time because they close soon but they insisted. Needless to say the manicure was not great, the polish didn't dry between layers so it smudged and she had to fix it multiple times. It would have been better if they just did the pedicure and took their time to do it right because then I would come back for a manicure and more. Now I'm not sure I will.
