I don't think I would ever use another company. I found I had no heat after arriving home after work today, a 23 degree day with howling winds and no sign of a let up for two more days! I called Petro and was told someone would come between 5 and 8pm. At 515 Glen showed up and appeared confident, competent and experienced. To my great relief he was able to diagnose the problem and correct it and then explain how to let the house reheat without reducing its ability to reheat by running the hot water etc. I'd like Glen to be the pro who comes here to deal with my heating problems every time I have them...which of course I hope continues to be rare!

Petro may not be the cheapest place to buy oil but they sell the best quality which pays off in longer functioning boiler and tank. Excellent customer service with only occasional missteps. They are only too glad to acknowledge and correct. We have been together a very long time.

The petro team is top notch. On one of the last few cold rainy days of early spring, our boiler + oil powered heating gave out. Petro answered our call and a technician, Geoff, was over within a few hours. Despite being a Sunday afternoon, Geoff had a great attitude, explained possible causes and walked me through the work he was doing - cleaning the oil line and replacing a part. As luck would have it, the neighborhood lost power which halted Geoff’s work. We understood we may need to wait until Monday to get everything back online but Geoff offered to come back later that night, which turned out to be around 8:30pm Sunday night.
