I recently replaced the windows in my home as they were rather old, drafty and unsealed. After researching window companies and meeting with various sales people, I can upon Bruce Woolf of Pella Windows. I must say working with Bruce was a great experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then provided me with a range of options that would suit my requirements. Great experience. Great attention to ensure what was ordered was exactly what we wanted. Good communications about production time and installation plans. Then installation was very smooth. Some post installation questions were immediately and expertly addressed. Will definitely use Pella of Norwalk next time we have a need!
