New England Eye Care is a highly recommended optometry practice known for its kind and knowledgeable staff. The waiting room may not look like much, but the care and professionalism are top-notch. With a decent selection of frames, New England Eye Care offers a great overall experience that leaves patients feeling satisfied and confident in their vision care.
The Dr is extremely thorough, explains every detail. It's an education in itself. I'm surprised by negative reviews from 'x' years ago- clearly a different staff. The front staff have been nothing short of courtesy, prompt and pleasant. The waiting room may not look like much, but the care and business is 100%.
I have been a patient of Dr Kalustian for over 10 years and have been extremely happy. He's not only a great doctor but a real gentleman, explaining his exam step by step. He's very thorough and, even when running late, never gives you the sense he's rushing thru an exam. I get my Rx filled at Costco which is much cheaper and has a great selection of frames. But for my eye exam each year, Dr Kalustian is my guy.
The staff are so kind and aknowledgeable. Ask for Cynthia or Miracle they will help you out with a smile.Micheal Kalustian is the most knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever had. He explained things to be in a way that was easy to understand. He listens and that's super important to me. This was my first visit and this will be my new optometrist
