the staff at medvet were so kind when my Katie passed. the bottle of fur (toe beans at the bottom) gives me solace and the card, along with her pawprint, made me cry but in a good way
not only am I thankful for the experience we had but my dog is absolutely pleased. We were referred to your facility for an ultrasound since my dog had not had a bowel movement in a week. After leaving we had to return the next day as an emergency patient for treatment. I am really impressed that even though we found a couple underlined issues your staff attended to the current issue. I had to rush my 9yo cat in on a Saturday afternoon and I was beyond upset and worried and having trouble making sense of my thoughts and all the nurses and doctors I spoke with answered all my questions and lots of repeated questions on my end and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They kept me informed on everything they were doing to my fur baby and really made me feel like he was in great caring hands. Even on Sunday morning when I called a few times, I never felt rushed and they were so patient with me gathering my thoughts and concerns. Great service to all!
