We had a very pleasant experience with Look Outside, from start to finish, with excellent and timely communication. Our workers were very careful washing our windows inside and our, protecting our belongings and shrubs. It's very nice to have clean windows and screens.
I used Look Outside for the first time recently for my very overdue gutters and window cleaning. The team was so professional, answered all my questions, asked me to check out the work before they left and were very clean and respectful of our home. They offered advice on future services how to best protect my property and were all around great to work with. They even hosed down my garage door after noticing it was dirty due to recent construction. I'll definitely be using Look Outside moving forward!
Most of the windows done are fune but some were not. They came back but as the saying goes a picture is worth a 1000 words. I paid in full despite windows looking like this with water marks and haze which i advised within week (rained when they came). No response except constant requests to leave a review. Too bad since most of windows are fine. Don't understand why they would not finish cleaning, otherwise I would agree with 5 star review.
