My husband and I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this brokerage and their seller’s agent.
After submitting an offer on a home, our offer was formally approved and we had a signed contract from the seller’s side. Based on that, we immediately began moving forward with the process in good faith. We scheduled our home inspection for today, our septic inspection for later this week, and personally drove our deposit check to the attorney’s office over the weekend to keep everything moving.
