Outstanding staff and caregivers beyond my expectations. So grateful that my parents are able to stay at home while dealing with one who has dementia and the other with physical issues. The caregivers make it work, and the office was there to make emergency accommodations. This office exceeded my expectations.
It was important to myself and my siblings that our Mother's wish to remain in her home as long as possible be honored. Our concern was for her safety as well as the reliability and quality of in home care.I can say without reservation that our concerns have been met by the the Home Instead team out of Norwalk. Her care givers were compassionate and dependable. The office has been responsive to the expected challenges of caring for someone in their 90's. This includes adjusting the care schedule and completing the paperwork involved in activating her long term care policy.
Have used Home Instead twice for two family members.They are everything I could have asked for: excellent caregivers, very reliable, super caring admin support, and really feel like family.
