Customer facing staff like Gail are great, as are the delivery drivers. But some mistakes have been made over the last year. For instance, I was billed hundreds for oil equipment servicing when I didn't have an oil account with Hocon.

We got amazing customer service from Hocon's service manager Shawn P. On a Saturday night, there was a major propane smell around our tanks. After I called the emergency line, Shawn returned my call and patiently walked me through the process of turning off the tanks. He also explained the possible causes and eliminated my concern about risk. Then on Sunday -- when he couldn't find a technician to make it to our house at the requested time -- he arrived himself, to check out the problem and to explain what we should do. As a long time customer of HOCON I commend the team members in Torrington - from the office staff and Tony the service manager to the technicians servicing my gas fireplace, oil burner and delivering oil -- always responsive, always courteous. Thank you
