My mom has gone here several times trying to get her nails done with a Groupon I bought for her for a manicure & pedicure… & they are never open (at regular business hours that they should be open). My mom just went at 3pm on a Friday & like the other reviewer said it was closed windows & closed door. Makes no sense…

The nail technician used top coat as a base coat, didn't wipe off the lotion before starting the gel manicure, then used non-gel top coat. She also ripped up my cuticles and got polish all outside my nail. 5 hours later and it's already all peeled off. I've probably had 50+ gel manicures in my life and this is by far the worst one.

Bought a Groupon. Can't get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. The phone numbers on the website and Google don't work, and I have emailed but no one responded.
