I called with a non-emergency plumbing issue to get on their calendar in the next week or so. I got a call back in 5 minutes saying they had a cancellation. I took the slot. 15 minutes later, we have the problem solved. Total time between initial contact and solution, 20 minutes. If that isn't beyond expectations, I don't know what is. My sink in the kitchen was leaking on a Saturday morning. They came over and diagnosed the issue and within an hour it was fixed and up and running. They are very professional left my kitchen clean, would definitely use them again.
