I recently started going to this salon. Love the environment and warm greeting and welcome by all of employees. I just have one concern. I went for pedicure and uv gel nails done. Lady who did my pedicure was really good massaging my legs. Also the manicure person did great job. I am usually very generous with tips but the person who did my feet asked more money above what I gave her. I said I gave you half and the other half I will give to the person who did manicure rather she did the hard job doing uv nails. I did not like that person’s reaction. Was sort of embarrassed. They should not be asking customers to pay more tips. Love Sandra and her massage

I had a very good experience at this nail salon. Most importantly they don’t take their time - I appreciate that they work fast. The owner was kind and checked in to make sure we’re happy - and we were. I was devasted when my nail salon closed because a really good salon is hard to find. I did a little online research and Cleopatra had the best local reviews overall so I decided to give them a try. What a hidden gem! I had a powder dip manicure and they did a fabulous job. Staff was respectful and solicitous. Quiet and relaxing environment. The shoulder massage was amazing so I paid to extend it for another 10 minutes. Go there, you will not be sorry.Services: Manicure
