Great experience with these guys. I took in my 2014 Audi A5 for a leaking oil from the muffler issue. The team evaluated the situation and said the real fix was an engine rebuild or replacement. Both super pricey. The alternative they provided, given I don't drive the car much, was to use some oil additives to help slow the oil passing the rings. It's a patch that will work for a while and saves me lots of $$$ for what is essentially a warm weather weekend convertible driver for me. Highly recommend you see these guys first. Wayne and team are great.
I came here a few weeks ago for an emissions test and was surprised to learn that my vehicle had failed. Wayne took the time to explain how tricky readiness monitors can be and walked me through the proper driving procedures needed to get them set correctly.
When I returned a few weeks later for a re-test, Wayne recognized me immediately, got me in right away, and was incredibly friendly throughout the process.
While Wayne didn't perform any repair work on my Audi beyond the CT-mandated emissions testing, the level of customer service he provided (for unpaid time) left a lasting impression.
Based on this experience alone, I would strongly consider coming back here… read full review
Had my car towed over there and bent quickly gave me a reasonable quote without any extra fluff. He did recommend some other services for future but nothing to address right now. He fixed the problem and got me on the road quickly. He works on all cars but specialist in Europeans. Nice shop with nice staff!!
