“Everything about his place is great! Workers are super friendly and open to conversation. The atmosphere is comforting even when getting your brows done. As a man getting his eyebrows done for the first time i was a little worried but i was met with great guidance and came out with better brows than i expected! Will come back again for sure.”
“I have been going to Melissa, who owns Hair Luuxxe Studio, for several years and I could not recommend her enough! At the beginning of every session she does a full consultation to discuss what I’m thinking for my hair style, what I like and don’t like, and provides her recommendations as well as an outline of her process and techniques she’ll use for styling - which I really appreciate. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and talented in her craft and provides a personalized experience for each of her clients. Her salon has a very relaxing atmosphere and I love that every time I visit she’s got amazing music playing!”
“I've been coming here since I moved to Connecticut in 2022, mainly to get my roots done at an Aveda salon. I've had every stylist there almost, and they've all been wonderful (though I mainly see Kevon). Yesterday I got my courage up to let Kevon cut my hair — I've been letting it grow since I moved here, mainly because I get anxious about haircuts. Kevon did a wonderful job and I'm so happy with what I have! I also appreciate how everyone in the salon always banters with each other; they all seem to truly enjoy each other and their jobs. It makes a big difference! If you want to pay reasonable prices to people who will actually listen to and care about you, you can't go wrong. And Rosalia's shampoos and massages are a real treat, too!”
