Bailiwick in Norwalk did an outstanding job on my roof replacement and sealing a saturated & leaky chimney. The work was done timely and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had five estimates to replace the roof on our house that was built in 1908, not the easiest job compared to a lot of houses. Bailiwick beat them all on a number of points. Bailiwick’s owner, Guy Poirier, is knowledgeable and friendly. His proposal for replacing our roof was thorough and well thought out. His pricing was competitive, his crew was easy to deal with and friendly. He did everything as promised and completely cleaned up any messes which included a magnetic sweep to search for stray nails. I highly recommend Bailiwick.

Not a very nice owner to deal with , bad customer service , God forbid you have a different opinion on anything.....I doesn’t matter how good the work is , you need basic civility and kindness
