I was having hard drive problems with flashing drives and called the Dell Customer Service desk. Things seems to be ok for a day and the next day my computer shut down altogether. I was not going to Best Buy for repairs and asked for contact by a friend in the area. Aegis was referred. Their location was local. I called in advance, walked in with the hard drive not knowing how long I'd be without a computer and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix with their diagnostics fairly quickly. Thanks to Tim Reynolds. I'm a happy customer, I'd go back for support if needed again.
