    Anthony (AD Fitness) is an amazing trainer. He designs my weekly training to target specific body areas. Each session is different, challenging, pushes me, and motivates me to do my best. Currently, I train virtually with Anthony and this training is equal to the intensity and high quality of being in the gym. My toning, stamina and endurance have all increased since training with Anthony.

    Getting to the gym is sometimes a struggle for me but training at AD Fitness has been one of my best decisions to date. Anthony has been nothing short of professional when working with me to set and achieve my health and fitness goals. The personal training sessions have really helped to turn exercise from a once in a while thing into a lifestyle for me. Aside from the training, the gym is clean and has all of the equipment needed for all types of workouts. The other trainers are also friendly and welcoming!
