I just took the gun permit class yesterday, Tom was a great teacher! He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all your questions to his ability. The class is very interactive, with using the model gun, laser gun and practicing loading and unloading the gun, you were never bored. He always kept the class interesting and fun while going over the very important safety disciplines. I never touched a real gun before and I was truly nervous but Tom and his instructors at the gun range made me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend taking Toms pistol permit class!

I attended Tom’s Pistol Permit Class last weekend with 7 friends! It was a great experience! Tom is very knowledgeable and a fabulous teacher. The class was very interactive and he kept us interested. The time flew by! I highly recommend his class if you are thinking about getting your pistol permit.

Just signed up my daughter here and it’s been great so far! Tom is amazing with the kids and we couldn’t be happier!

Located in Northford, CT, Forge Martial Arts is owned and operated by Master Tom Smith, who regularly trains with the founders of several elite combat systems, including Master Allan Young (Chinese Kempo Karate) and Major Avi Nardi (KAPAP Krav Maga). The school was founded by Sensei Tom in 1995 and focuses on offering practical self-defense training in a friendly, family environment.
