“I initially contacted 3 licensed local roofers for a quote on my leaking shed. All 3 said they would come out and provide me a quote within a week or so. Todd the owner at Swift Waters was the only one to make good on his word and I had a quote from him within a week. Its a fairly large shed and I understand a shed isn't the most profitable job for a roofer but I couldn't believe the other 2 businesses said they'd show up and just ghosted. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt given the holidays and recent rain storms and reached back out and once again they both said they'd come back out and then ghosted me again! Reputation is everything to a small business. If you are too busy or can't do it just say so and customers will respect you more! I finally did get some other quotes from different companies later on and Todd was very competitive on price, explaining all my material options and he was definitely the best communicator out of everyone I dealt with. He was even able to squeeze me in quickly in his tight schedule just before the impending snow storm to knock out my shed in about 2 hours with his hardworking crew. Thank you Todd & Team. “The initial inspection of my roof was more thorough than of the other contractors who inspected it. Before leaving, Manny explained all the problems he noted and how he would address them. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate.

Installation took place on the date and time as scheduled. The workers were neat, courteous and professional. They answered questions asked and completed the job in one day. They left my property as they had found it...neat and clean. All that was set out in the written estimate was completed as described.
