Best ever nail salon. I had a wonderful mani & pedi. They massage hands, arms, legs & feet. Royal treatment was given. My nails were beautiful. I chose the Gel UV. I live in Florida but was visiting Ct. My daughter recommended this salon. The nails lasted 6 weeks with no breakage. I am now trying to a comparable salon here in Florida..no luck yet.
Under new management, have been there twice now and each time is better! Great pedicure , awesome massage on feet and legs. Very satisfied and will definitely keep on bringing my business there. Highly recommended, give them a try. Great couple , kind and friendly.
Things do change with time. I still would recommend this business but they need to get their act together and let customers know when something changes. Like increased prices…..duh! Is one supposed to just guess?? Or when they are not going to be open during the posted times. They are also not as friendly or chatty either. The service is still very good but part of servicing the customer is attitude. They need to understand that their “attitude” is part of the service and that the amount of their tip is determined by it. Otherwise you’ll just receive the standard amount, from me anyway!!
