I would recommend RVI computers to family and friends. Our laptop was 15 months new, and was freezing up, and not charging . The geek squad recommended a new laptop. RVI technicians fixed the laptop and It's running great- like new. their fees are reasonable, and so important they always answer the phone or return your calls. Carmel D.

Have had 2 laptops fixed at RVI. They are transparent about what they can do for you. Plan ahead and parts will need to be ordered at times. However their work can spare you the expense of having to buy another laptop. :)Prices are clearly posted and approved by you before work begins.Plenty of parking, easy to find. Saturday hours available to pick up. :)

Brought my laptop to RVI, ended up having a lot more wrong with it than we initially thought. RVI kept me updated through the whole process and even gave me a loaner laptop to keep up with work! Whenever I called and had questions, they were very attentive and were willing to explain. The techs and front desk staff are more than happy to explain any work they have done and why they did it. All the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend RVI for any tech repair needs!
