Freddy and Jake were extremely helpful and very personable and professional. They are nice individuals who made the process nice and easy. Freddy is an amazing, understanding and attentive person who found the best floors for a great price. Jake could not have been more helpful with the customers' decisions in replacing their floors, keeping them on task despite the many choices.
I just had a quote for an install and had to write this review after. The salesman that showed up was extremely knowledgable and almost more interested in making sure everything was correct on the install then i was! It inspired a lot of confidence when he mentioned limitations and adding the proper transition strip.
He wasnt high pressure either, it felt like a natural conversation with Mr Roberts. Hes either really good at faking it or is truly genuine.
The quality of the flooring looks great. I just wanted to leave this review.

Jake and Jamie came to the house and were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The products look very high quality and the whole operation appears to be first class. They answered all our questions and were not in a hurry which was also great. I’m very pleased so far with the experience. They can start right away which is also great!
