My white jacket was dingy, dusty and worn. I didn't think I could clean this well on my home so tried BC. They had special equipment to clean and press the garment. They really tried hard to make it right - appreciate the service. C U soon.
The work was done professionally, I had a pair of jeans altered. The personnel were terrific. The only reason I didn't do a five-star is because I was given one day to have the alteration done but it took longer than expected. I would have been happy to know that in the beginning and I think the only reason that I was not told was because one shop did not speak to the other letting them know that the seamstress was out sick and so work was going to be delayed for a couple of days. It was disappointing as I have a sick husband who I could not explain to why the date was changed. Other than that I would definitely use Best cleaners again.
I've relied on several Dry Cleaning services for 30 years and from all across the country.
Although the prices are a little more than some of the other local cleaners, their service is quick and you're reminded via text that your items are complete, which I appreciate. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price edge.
