Went today for a regular pedicure. Pictures are from after. I do not understand why lately employees have been lack luster on making sure they remove all dead skin I mean barely any pressure at all and when you say something you’re made to feel some way for saying something. My last appointment in January same exact thing and employee argued with me about the color I wanted because I wanted to add gold flakes. I truly used to enjoy coming for my pedicures here. After today I may reconsider where I go from now on.

just had a walk in green tea gel pedicure with Angela. Best pedicure I can remember having. Nice and calm and very well done. I hate when I go into a spa/nail salon and they have the news blaring. Will definitely be back. *please note* I thought was paying $60 but it ended up being $83 because of the gel. I was fine with it since the service was so good, but would be good to make more clear.

I went to get a regular manicure. I felt that my manicure was rushed and looks like something I could have done at home.

My technician applied the polish on wet layers and the final top coat was so poorly applied. The technician only applied the top coat in the center of the nail so you can very clearly see a ridge/edge of the top coat. Because the polish was applied to wet layers, I have bubbles in my nail polish.

I went with friends who got gel polish and they seemed to have a good experience. And their technicians seemed to take their time and care
