I went to get a regular manicure. I felt that my manicure was rushed and looks like something I could have done at home.

My technician applied the polish on wet layers and the final top coat was so poorly applied. The technician only applied the top coat in the center of the nail so you can very clearly see a ridge/edge of the top coat. Because the polish was applied to wet layers, I have bubbles in my nail polish.

I went with friends who got gel polish and they seemed to have a good experience. And their technicians seemed to take their time and care

I told them I wanted only gel change three times before I started, which is 35 dollars. when I was about to pay the lady tries to charge me 50 for a full pedicure even after I told her what I wanted. Really disappointed in the service

Just not a great experience. Rushed, people eating while working on customers, babies in walkers running around, disorganized and credit card machine was down. Far from relaxing. The lady doing my pedicure was yelling across the salon during my leg massage.
