VERY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered the sparkling silver tree, they texted me saying that was no longer available and they could do a nice holiday arrangement. I asked them to send me a pic first which they never did! Well I got my friend to send me the pic and I absolutely hated it. Oh sure, they used a gingerbread container but then a few pink roses and purple daisies. AWFUL! Looked like a kid put it together! $95 for a gingerbread container! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!
Very disappointed. Wish I had looked at the reviews before placing any order with them. I placed the order well in advance of the delivery date - which was Valentine's Day. I am sensitive to the fact that it is probably the busiest day of the year, but I don't think it is asking too much to call back a customer - in advance - if they cannot fulfill an order. Calling me at noon on Valentine's Day to tell me that they could not fulfill the order left me with very few options. AND telling me to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I wanted to cancel the order is just bad business. I will never use them again and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen...read full review
They deserve ZERO stars. Do not not not choose this horrible shop. They WILL NOT deliver your flowers the day they say they will. So if you have a special occasion forget it. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday...nothing. I call the next morning, no apology nothing but attitude. There are so many other servingflower shops. I really should have read the awful reviews and taken heed.
