I have their number on my call list for when I need projects done on my home. They did great work on my last property for several jobs and I have since called on Alcraft for work on my current home.
Very friendly and attentive to work with. They have always been considerate of what I want and make sure that what is in my head is what I get and make suggestions that help improve things in ways I would not have thought of without their experience. Overall I had a great experience with Alcraft. From the sales/accounting dept to management to the contractor everyone had a professional demeanor yet at the same time made our meetings feel personable and non-intimidating! Mike was quick in responding to all my texts and calls. He will always respond. Rather good news or bad (if delay of any product for any reason) he will notify you Asap! Having a closed in balcony done, and deck, and porch was one of the biggest projects done on our home ever. I was so nervous, but, Mr Carrol, who performed the job certainly made it worth the wait! I am beyond ecstatic and so very happy and pleased! I highly recommend!
This is the second time I've used this company. A few years ago I used them for my roof and they did an excellent job, so when the opportunity came knocking once again I used them to do my deck. I have to applaud the workman Carroll who single handily did an amazing job.Despite the weather and some frigid temperatures he executed the job in a neat and timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for good work and lifetime warranties.
