Great service! Rick responded to a call right away. It is rare nowadays to speak with a real person, but he was right there, answered, heard what's going on with our washer, and offered some advice immediately. He then scheduled a visit the very next day. Rick was patient with our dog, Judy. We spoke of his love for Australia, and especially Sydney. He was great! he had parts in the truck, and repair was quick. He mentioned he offers discounts with a code "Tampa" - not sure the relevance, but a discount is a discount. Overall he was very knowledgeable, quick, polite. and inexpensive. I wish my appliances were to break down more often.

Rick is the best, bar none. Knowledgeable, friendly, timely; a true expert. He's repaired three problems for me in a quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend him. I won't call anyone else when I have a problem with any of my appliances.
