I have found them to be professional, courteous, and caring. I’ve been a patient since 2019 when I moved to the area. They are often understaffed and that does occasionally lead to longer wait times but I can understand this.I’ve seen a few of the doctors and PA’s, and they always get me in if needed. All my appointments are thorough and considerate. My primary is Dr. Chang and I love her. She knows me, and remembers what’s happening with me.I’m grateful for her and the staff there. I’m sorry that others appear to have had bad experiences there, but I have only had good ones and wanted to balance the other reviews. I definitely recommend this practice.

My OLDER sister gifted me a Diamond glow facial for Christmas...a while before that she pointed out the fact that she has no wrinkles and I do...hint taken sis, Merry freakin Christmas to me! I gotta say, I am overly thankful for this diss gift lol, I couldn't believe how long it lasted. I gave it a few weeks to see how my skin held up and I tell you what it held up well! So did my double chin...it went away for a little bit. Courtney was seriously fabulous and explained everything perfectly, I have to come back, the feeling afterward is addicting! Very happy about it and the staff was very professional and welcoming not to mention the place was gorg! Many thumbs up!!!

Two stars since they got me in fast and the receptionists were so kind. The doctor however was terrible. I arrived on time and got sent to a room...where I waited for 45 minuets for her to come see me. I had a rash on the back of my thigh that she looked at for two seconds and said eczema...I've never had eczema and let her know. She said it could happen and perscribed me a cream that didn't work at all. Next we talked about how my hands sweat, nothing terrible but if there was anything that could help. She perscribed these wipes, and if after a month there not working suggested an oral pill. She let me know that had side effects and I immediately said that I didn't feel...read full review
