“I've been working with Dr. Brody since 2024, after developing digestive issues suddenly post gallbladder removal. I have never had an issue getting an appointment made timely (almost always same-week, or next week at worst) in person and online. They accept insurance, which can be rare for a naturopath office, and it makes treatments significantly more affordable. It's also very convenient that they do in-office breath testing for SIBO - otherwise you'd be spending a lot more money and waiting a lot longer elsewhere.<br><br>I have not fixed all my issues, nor found all the answers I'm looking for - but without Dr. Brody I probably would have lost complete faith in Western medicine including naturopaths along time ago. He is the only doctor to date that I've met with that is open to discussing things, honest when he doesn't know something, and is a wealth of knowledge about all things digestion. He also makes it very easy to order blood tests & stool samples, allowing you to stay on top of your health markers much more often than annual primary care visits which are much more limited in what they look at.<br><br>I'm writing this review because I see some not so positive ones in the history, and personally I just can't echo that experience. The in-office staff whether it be Vinny or Jamie has always responded to my messages via their online portal or phone calls/voicemails, even returning my calls when I don't leave a message same-day. I haven't had the issues some prior people have described.<br><br>If you have digestive issues and you are looking for a naturopath to work with long-term, I highly recommend Dr. Brody.”
