Very nice, personable Dr.But.I have binocular diplopia. Unfortunately the prescription the Dr. adjusted for me did not work out once the lenses were made ; it was worse than my original prescription and I was seeing double all over the place.This is NOT a reflection on the practice..the Rx worked during my exam, but I have spazzy, unstable eye muscles and that is the crux of the problem.Her office requested my medical records from Danbury Eye Physicians for review, to see if we could delve deeper into my issue.I had the records sent over in September of 2023.It's March of 2024 and I never heard a word back after the office received them.I do get a lot of solicitations...read full review
I’m a local NP. I know a professional, expert physician when I meet one, and Dr Conrad is definitely in that category! She is efficient, forthcoming, intelligent, kind and an expert in her field.
I have been a patient of Hindola Konrad M.D. for around 17 years. I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease and had a bulging eye. I felt like I was in the best hands from the first day I met Dr. Konrad. She was always so kind and took the time out to talk to me. As time went by she even gave me the courage and strength to stop smoking. That alone was amazing.Dr. Konrad is a true professional who cares for her patients.
