Mr. Honan and his staff treated my family with respect and compassion as they guided us through the process of what follows in the days after losing a loved one. In our case—it was the heartbreaking loss of our dad. Mr. Honan spent time explaining each step and our options, and he displayed incredible patience as my siblings and I navigated this process.
