Update: Wow, and now Joy has taken to attempting to out her prospective clients. I really don't think I need to add much further here. Showing true colors with an established track record of unprofessionalism. Caveat Emptor. Original review: Was very weird on the phone when I tried to make an appointment. Seemed reluctant to want to even book an appointment with me. Refused to give me a 4 or 5pm appointment. I settled for a 1pm appointment. She cancelled day of appointment, 4 hours before, claiming personal reasons. I purchased the massage via Groupon and will be getting a full refund. I strongly suspect she resented that I didn't pay full price for the massage. Overall...read full review

Worst experience I have ever had. This person shouldn't be in business. I made an appointment arrived 15 minutes early and no one was there. She called me while I was sitting in the parking lot and said she was sorry and had to cancel. Nice timing!!! So we rescheduled for the following week and I arrived again 15 minutes early. The door was locked. No one was there. Waited 20 minutes Called her and left a message to see if she was running late. She then sent me a text and said I didn't have an appointment. I sent her a screen shot of her making the appt on my phone. Ridiculous!!! Obviously can't run a business right!!!
