I've had a knot in my shoulder for many years. When I work and create my crafts, I feel more comfortable standing which probably has added to my knot. My neck and shoulder hurt constantly, I would get headaches and I could barely move my head to the right side. I've had 3 treatments (3!) and the "massive knot" as my youngest calls it, is almost gone. Not only that but I have learned a tremendous amount from Dr. Cayer.
